361 Lytton Ave,Adam grew up in Mountain View –– the heart of Silicon Valley - though was born in Boston and still maintains deep East Coast roots. As the son of an architect, Adam made a natural connection to real estate. From a young age, he watched his parents purchase and remodel homes throughout the Valley, a model that nurtured his passion for the business.
Adam earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco in 2008, and his practice focused on land use and landlord/tenant law. But over time Adam realized his true passion and entrepreneurial drive was better suited for business than the practice of law.
In 2010, Adam began his journey back to his roots in the real estate business by joining a Palo Alto-based boutique real estate brokerage under the tutelage of a seasoned real estate professional - helping clients across Silicon Valley and Peninsula. Working at the boutique firm exposed Adam to a broad spectrum of deals - from selling “the family property” to structuring leases with the option to buy - he learned to help clients maximize their property values through preparation and planning.
Five years later, he and his partner Wendy Kandasamy joined Kat Carroll to form Pacific Union’s Palo Alto office. After Compass acquired Pacific Union in 2018, Adam, Wendy, and Kat formalized their partnership to create The reSolve Group.
Adam is proud to be a founding partner of the reSolve Group. As one of three seasoned agents with a combined more than four decades of experience and multifaceted backgrounds in law, finance, and management, he and this dynamic team have tailored real estate solutions for any client need. They focus on building relationships, not the transaction. And, while other teams might focus on sales volume, no other team offers the same attention to detail, level of responsiveness, mix of skills, or client care as Adam and his partners.
Among the many things Adam loves about building a business in Silicon Valley and Peninsula is working with some of the world's most creative people. Often his clients are leaders in their respective fields, ranging from technology to medicine and everything in between. The entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators that gravitate to Silicon Valley help shape the world we live in, and Adam considers it a privilege and honor to assist them in finding creative real estate solutions.
Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys lifting weights, yoga, and snowboarding in places like Tahoe, Aspen, and Jackson Hole during the winter months, along with traveling and dining with friends. In recent years, Adam and his wife, actress Brittany Daniel, raised donations and awareness for Cycle for Survival, an annual event held coast-to-coast for researching rare blood cancers at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK).
Adam and Brittany consider their volunteer work an opportunity to pay it forward after Brittany survived non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in her mid-30s. If not for the advances in medicine at MSK and events like Cycle for Survival, she would not be here today.
Adam and Brittany are parents to Hope Rose Touni, a beautiful and happy 1-year-old girl, and their adorable dog TJ.
The reSolve Group works with purpose and determination to find the best solutions for clients’ real estate needs. They bring together a complementary set of skills to deliver innovative, yet practical real estate services for sophisticated buyers and sellers.
