Louella is integral member of the Resolve Group, as both the Transaction Coordinator and Escrow Manager. She works closely with the lead agent and client to manage the voluminous amount of paperwork involved in real estate purchase or sale with accuracy and efficiency on every deal. Likewise, she ensures that each of the milestones during an escrow are met.

With nearly eight years of experience working with members of the the Resolve Group, Louella knows how the team works and how best to serve their clients as a result. 

 Louella resides in Manila in the Phillipines and she enjoys spending her free time with family, hanging out with friends, and camping.
