RITA INTARDONATO

REAL ESTATE ADVISOR

GET TO KNOW ME

Rita has a dynamic professional background that has taken her around the world. She applies her global knowledge and experience to provide superior client support backed by astute insight, thoughtful communication, and focused attention on client needs.

Rita, a native New Yorker, got her MA from Teachers College at Columbia University. She spent over 6 years teaching English in Tokyo, Japan before returning to New York City. While Rita was lecturing in the American Language Program at her alma mater, she was recruited by the CEO and founder of JD.com, a Fortune 500 company with a market cap of over $100 billion. She spent 3 years working in Beijing, acting as executive assistant and foreign liaison, which also included overseeing the purchase of property as well as estate management internationally.

Often visiting Silicon Valley for business, Rita fell in love with the sunshine, nature, and entrepreneurial energy of the area and decided to officially relocate in 2017. She continued estate management in addition to acting as executive assistant to the CEO and founder of Houzz, headquartered in Palo Alto.

Having already dabbled in many aspects of the real estate process, Rita felt it an organic career pivot and one that had been calling her for several years. She believes that a home purchase is a high stakes and emotional decision that is deserving of the same level of due diligence and elevated support she is so accustomed to providing.

With an unflappable work ethic and a data-driven approach to meet the needs of her sophisticated Silicon Valley clients, Rita was able to exceed $100M in residential real estate transactions within the first 1 ½ years of being licensed. She approaches real estate with an academic sensibility and studies her market, so that she can instill confidence in her clients and provide creative and effective strategies to reach the finish line.

She is proud to be a member of the reSolve Group who share the same principled approach to the business that is deeply rooted in relationships where quality will always supersede quantity.

Rita lived in Atherton for 4 years and now resides in Menlo Park with her partner Guillaume (owner of local Palo Alto restaurant Zola), stepson Jeffrey, and their beloved rescue pup. She is an avid traveler, reader, and architectural/interiors enthusiast. Rita loves exploring her own community and staying abreast of local politics and events, but sees an ideal evening as good food and wine with clients, friends, and family.
