Hello 2022!

Raise your hand if the recent spike in COVID cases has caused some disruption to your regularly scheduled life so far in 2022. 🙋🏻‍♀️ As we all have proven many times over in the last two years, we are resilient and capable of adapting. With everyone's health and safety in mind, we are watching this wave closely in hopes that it passes quickly.

As we gear up for what seems to be another busy year, I do want to pause to reflect on 2021. In terms of sales volume, The reSolve Group had another record year with over $164m in sales and 45 clients served.

We adapted our business in 2020-21 in response to COVID and continued to advise clients on how to achieve their goals. Our goal for 2022 is to continue refining our process so that clients working with us experience a low-stress, efficient and enjoyable process on the sale or purchase of their home. We all took some time away over the Holidays to reflect and reset and we're ready for 2022!

Now, to the numbers! Can you say "Up and to the right?" The only numbers that did not increase were average days on market, months supply of inventory and net migration numbers. The most striking data is the sheer increase in the number of trades; from our business and this data, there is no one storyline driving this - people at all price points are

on the move!
