After signing the listing agreement our listing coordinator, Alex Polishuk, meets with the lead agent and designer to define the initial scope of work. The listing coordinator manages all the vendors and work performed at the house and regularly communicates project updates.
Our listing coordinator reaches out to our pool of select vendors to get bids on any work needed to prepare the home. We compile and share the bids with the seller to finalize the scope of work on the home.
Clients who chose to use the Concierge program are guided through the easy application process and instructed on how to pay vendors with the funds. Our team has a shareable project tracker so clients have complete access to expenses and updates.

We know that first impressions matter! We work with our designer/stager from the outset to make sure every change we recommend, from paint colors to bathroom remodels, will make an impact on buyers. The ribbon that ties the whole package together is the staging as it can provide the perfect narrative for buyers on how best to use the home/space. The stagers we work with have great inventories of furnishings that suit a number of different styles and designs.
While it is the ultimate responsibility of buyers to satisfy themselves as to the condition of a property, the reSolve Group recommends conducting inspections prior to going on the market. Performing inspections before can help identify any potential problem areas that could be addressed during preparation, and provides buyers with a greater sense of confidence of what they’re buying. As in every real estate transaction in California, the seller has certain disclosure responsibilities. The reSolve Group will offer guidance on filling out those disclosures. The inspection reports and disclosures are compiled and provided to interested parties prior to them making an offer.
